MT Networks Announces Key Leadership Promotions and Board Appointments

Madison, KS – MT Networks is pleased to announce several significant leadership changes designed to support the company’s continued growth and strategic direction.

Promotions
• Diantha C. Stutesman, formerly Business Manager, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, Diantha will proved overall vision and strategic direction, working closely with the Board of Directors to guide the company’s long-term growth and ensure its continued success. While Diantha has already been performing many of these responsibilities, this promotion formalizes the role and provides clear alignment at the executive level.

• Robert J. McDonald, formerly Operations Manager, has been promoted to General Manager (GM). Rob will oversee company-wide operations, ensuring efficiency, guiding strategic initiatives and maintaining the continued delivery of high-quality service to MT Networks’ customers. Additionally, he will continue to play a leading role in industry activities, representing MT Networks and promoting the company’s mission, values and ethical standards across Kansas and throughout the United States. This new title not only reflects the scope of work he has already being performed but also formally aligns the position with the company’s leadership structure.

• Shana P. Rains, formerly Regulatory Officer and Accountant, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her role, Shana continues to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance and develop strategies that supports MT Networks’ sustainable growth and fiscal health. This promotion acknowledges the vital financial and regulatory responsibilities she has already been managing, formally aligns them with the CFO position, and affirms her key role within the company’s continued success.

These promotions reflect the company’s commitment to recognizing internal talent and  strengthening leadership across all levels of the organization while creating alignment between  responsibilities and leadership titles.

Board Appointments
In addition, MT Networks is pleased to welcome Cade M. DeWitt and Stephen W. Stutesman to its Board of Directors. Both are 4th-generation members of the DeWitt family and bring valuable  experience, along with unique insight shaped by their family’s long history with the company, which  will further strengthen governance and support the company’s long–term strategy.
